Job Description

Local Manufacturing Company:
family owed and conservative
  • with a great group of employees and awesome company culture. (Timeless Fence, 203 Wilson Hill Road, Greeneville, Tennessee) is seeking an experienced cost accounting professional
  • that can do it all
  • to fill the position of Accounting Director with the following job duties: Oversight of the general ledger transactions to include accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash, payroll, inventory and cost accounting.
Perform monthly close and prepare Financial Statements on time and correctly. File all reports as needed with the state of TN and the IRS Bi-weekly payroll, checks and direct deposits Experience in cost accounting and inventory is mandatory. Be able to look at raw inventory, in progress and finished inventory. Enter and Pay AP daily as needed and look at AR as needed. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter able to work in a fast-paced environment. A person that works with meticulous detail and integrity. Consultant, CPA and management will also review your financial data.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in On line QuickBooks or Sage, Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite applications Bachelors' degree in accounting and a minimum of five plus years of experience in accounting field is absolutely the minimum.
