Possible temp to hire position •US Citizen or Green card holder required •(must have permanent US work Auth - no temporary visas) Drug Test and Background check Target Pay rate is $33-36/ per hour ==== Accountant with fixed assets experience Position Summary The Accountant - Fixed Assets is responsible for supporting the preparation of financial statements, maintaining fixed asset accounting processes, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This role plays a key part in strengthening internal controls, supporting audits, and driving continuous improvement across accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Accountant with fixed assets experience Prepare and review account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness. Record and validate journal entries related to fixed assets and general ledger activity. Maintain and reconcile fixed asset subledgers and related financial systems. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Partner with internal stakeholders across finance, operations, and corporate teams. Participate in internal and external audits, providing documentation and analysis. Drive process improvements and automation within accounting workflows. Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and regulatory requirements. Support special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as needed. Qualifications (Required) Accountant with fixed assets experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business (Accounting concentration preferred) Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) "Preferred" Qualifications (NOT required) CPA or CPA-eligible strongly preferred Experience in fixed assets accounting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work independently and proactively resolve issues Core Competencies (Soft Skills) Time management and prioritization Critical thinking and decision making Customer focus and stakeholder partnership Positive attitude and continuous improvement mindset ===== Accountant with fixed assets experience •This contract does NOT include paid holidays or vacation pay•===== Accountant with fixed assets experience If qualified, APPLY and then call Peggy at 774-210-4108 ASAP to discuss the details. #IND1
