This is a highly visible position partnering with leadership on project profitability, revenue recognition, and operational reporting, with a clear path toward management. What You'll Do Manage full-cycle project accounting from project setup through closeout Prepare and review AIA billings, customer invoicing, and collections Maintain WIP schedules and percentage-of-completion accounting Track and manage vendor and subcontractor lien waivers Analyze project profitability and prepare financial reports for leadership Support month-end close and assist with forecasting and project reviews What We're Looking For 5+ years of project accounting experience Strong understanding of WIP schedules, AIA billing, and revenue recognition Experience with Viewpoint Spectrum preferred; strong ERP experience considered Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Motivated professional interested in growing into a leadership role Why Join?
