This position is eligible for health, dental, vision, and 401(k) Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to support the day-to-day accounting functions of a growing organization. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close activities, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies. Key Responsibilities Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure the accuracy of financial data. Prepare and record journal entries, account reconciliations, and other routine accounting transactions. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes. Analyze financial information and investigate discrepancies as needed. Prepare financial reports and support schedules for management review. Support compliance, audit, and reporting requirements by maintaining organized documentation. Partner with internal teams to resolve accounting issues and improve financial processes. Assist with various accounting projects and process improvement initiatives. Ensure adherence to accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification preferred or in progress. Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience in a corporate, public accounting, or similar environment. Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
