Korean Bilingual Financial Accounting Manager (Assistant Manager to Senior Manager Level)

Skyblue Systems is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented accounting professional with a strong background in financial accounting and cost structure setup for a manufacturing organization. This role will oversee entity-level accounting operations, including monthly and annual closings, cost structure implementation, and tax coordination for our U.S

• based manufacturing affiliate.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in manufacturing accounting and a strong understanding of U.S. financial compliance. Establish and maintain cost accounting structures for the U.S. manufacturing entity Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing Support and manage tax filing, documentation, and compliance Coordinate IRS-related credit and subsidy applications (e.g., AMPC, IRA) Manage cash flow, fund transfers, and intercompany settlements Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 4 years of accounting experience within a manufacturing company Proven experience in standalone (entity-level) closing and reporting Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work cross-functionally with domestic and international teams Preferred Qualifications USCPA or equivalent professional certification Experience in cost management systems and U.S. manufacturing tax credits (IRA/AMPC) Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean preferred Familiarity with ERP and financial consolidation systems Compensation Highly competitive and negotiable , based on experience and expertise Comprehensive benefits package available Application This position is open immediately and will be filled as soon as a qualified candidate is identified.
