What We Offer Medical, vision, and dental insurance 401k plan Vacation time and sick leave Family-owned and operated Partners in our community Responsibilities Process all payoffs on traded vehicles and process title work for new and pre-owned vehicles purchased with Texas DMV. Obtain all titling and transfers for dealer, and obtain all dealer titles. Enter all dealership sales/deals, checking for accuracy on vehicle sales and purchase paperwork in the process. Maintain accurate, detailed files according to company expectations and legal requirements. Maintain titles and MSO's for all inventory. Ability to do transactional accounting to include journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end entries, in a timely manner. Ensure accurate financial reporting for the franchise to Corporate Controller. Stock in new units, process dealer trades, and ability to work with drivers. Needs personable presence to deal with a variety of personalities in a professional, positive manner. Other duties as assigned.
