Job Description:

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant to step into a key role supporting day-to-day accounting operations for a manufacturing on a contract basis. This individual will work closely with leadership and take ownership of core accounting functions across AP, AR, payroll, and reporting. Key Responsibilities Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Process payroll for a small real estate partnership Handle pass-through invoicing for a partnership with multiple properties Perform bank and credit card reconciliations Track and reconcile credit card expenses Enter AP and AR transactions accurately into the system Provide sales tax support related to retail sales activity Prepare monthly royalty reporting for licensed products Work with Excel exports from QuickBooks for reporting and analysis Build and maintain formula-driven spreadsheets Utilize pivot tables and reporting within QuickBooks Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
