Responsibilities Assist with processing vendor invoices, including data entry and basic review for accuracy Help with vendor statement reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies Maintain organized AP records and documentation, including filing and record retention Monitor invoice and payment status reports and assist with tracking outstanding items Provide support with weekly payment runs (ACH, checks) Respond to basic vendor and internal inquires regarding invoices and payment status Assist with month-end close activities Help maintain and update vendor records in the system Support process improvement initiatives and general AP team projects Perform miscellaneous Accounts Payable and accounting duties as assigned Qualifications Applicants should be enrolled in a four year Accounting degree program Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications Great attention to detail; multi-tasking and Strong communication skills both written and verbal Demonstrated ability to prioritize Equal employment opportunity, including veterans and individuals with disabilities.
