$30K-$60K Yearly Salary About Vendidit Vendidit is transforming the reverse logistics recommerce industry with a modern AI powered marketplace and suite of tools designed to help businesses efficiently move returned, overstocked, and liquidation inventory, reducing waste and maximizing recovery value. In addition to our core platform, we sell inventory directly on third-party streaming services such as WhatNot and TikTok for our clients, using engaging and interactive livestreams to showcase products, educate viewers, and drive sales in real time.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an Accounting Specialist to manage our revenue processes and client invoicing. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoicing based on contractual terms, managing the end-to-end client invoicing process and ensuring revenue is recognized accurately. The ideal candidate has experience working with client contracts, understands complex billing arrangements, has a strong command of QuickBooks, and a solid understanding of revenue accounting. Key Responsibilities:
Generate and send clients accurate invoices in accordance with contract terms. Review client contracts and work closely with sales reps to validate billing inputs. Ensure proper revenue recognition in accordance with GAAP and company policy. Reconcile billed revenue with general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies. Assist with journal entries and monthly audit support.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or equivalent career experience accepted. 2+ years of relevant experience in billing, revenue accounting, or accounts receivable. Strong understanding of billing practices and revenue recognition principles. Experience working with QuickBooks and Excel. Ability to read and interpret contracts and translate them into billing requirements.
