This role will support a high-performing accounting team with a focus on financial reporting, project analysis, and month-end close activities. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working with large data sets, cross-functional teams, and process improvement initiatives in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Analyze financial and operational data to track performance, identify trends, and support decision-making Assist with month-end close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership highlighting key financial and operational metrics Partner with internal stakeholders to monitor project activity and ensure alignment with budgets and timelines Track costs, support vendor analysis, and assist with contract and procurement-related processes Maintain and improve reporting tools, dashboards, and process documentation Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required 4+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or project-based financial analysis Strong understanding of general accounting principles and financial reporting Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, large data analysis) Experience working with data visualization or reporting tools (Power BI or similar preferred) Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Prior experience supporting project-based accounting or financial analysis Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments Exposure to forecasting, budgeting, or cost tracking processes Why This Role Immediate start with strong team support High-visibility role partnering with leadership Opportunity to contribute to process improvements and reporting enhancements Potential for extension based on business needs
Pay Details:
