Starting Pay Rate:
$14.00/hr
  • QuickBooks Experience Preferred
OBJECTIVES
  • Learn basic bookkeeping procedures
  • Become familiar with financial regulations
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information Responsibilities
  • Write and print daily checks
  • Prepare bank deposits
  • Enter daily financial transactions into QuickBooks
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Process invoices
  • Check spreadsheets for accuracy
  • Maintain digital and physical financial records
  • Process payroll
  • Review and file payroll documents
  • Participate in quarterly and annual audits
  • Assist office manager with daily tasks, as needed.
