CleanCap Technologies is a growing company focused on innovative industrial solutions. As our team expands, we are looking for a dependable professional who enjoys building organized systems, maintaining accurate records, and supporting team operations. This position supports both office operations and accounting processes, with approximately 50% administrative coordination and 50% accounting support. The ideal candidate is someone who values accuracy, consistency, and dependable follow-through, and enjoys helping a team operate efficiently. What You Will Do Administrative & Office Coordination (Approximately 50%) Arrange travel logistics including flights, hotels, and rental vehicles Assist with expense reporting and documentation Manage office supply inventory and coordinate shipments and deliveries Maintain organized documentation and internal records Support communication between operations, project teams, and leadership Greet visitors and maintain a professional office environment Accounting & Operational Support (Approximately 50%) Assist with vendor setup and maintain vendor documentation Track purchase orders and maintain procurement records Support credit card reconciliation and expense tracking Assist with payroll coordination and benefits documentation Maintain organized financial records using QuickBooks Online Support documentation for quarterly filings and reporting needs Help maintain accurate operational and financial records across departments What Makes Someone Successful in This Role Success in this role comes from someone who naturally demonstrates: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Accuracy and consistency when working with financial documentation Ability to manage multiple priorities with dependable follow-through Analytical thinking when solving operational problems Professional communication across departments A dependable, steady, and reliable work style This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, maintaining systems, and ensuring operational details are handled accurately and consistently. Experience & Skills 2-3 years of experience in an administrative, office coordination, or accounting support role Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software required Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) Familiarity with DocuSign, Teams, Zoom, or OneDrive is a plus Strong organizational and documentation skills Candidates with bookkeeping, accounting support, or QuickBooks experience in a small business environment are strongly encouraged to apply.
