Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist/Accountant to join our finance team. Duties Manage accounts receivable functions in collaboration with our operations team which includes invoicing, preparing statements, and recording receipts in our accounting software Sage 300. Post transactions, perform detailed account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy of receivables and resolve discrepancies promptly. Provide assistance in other areas of accounting as needed. Experience Strong working knowledge of accounts receivable and other areas of accounting. Bachelor's/Associate's degree in Accounting/Bookkeeping certification or 5 years of accounts receivable experience preferred. Pay attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness Strong organizational and decision-making skills Ability to problem-solve Self-motivated and team oriented Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and other relevant computer applications Excellent written and verbal communication skills
