We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Senior Accountant to join our team at our Dallas office. Position Summary The Senior Accountant will play a key role in managing the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting the company's multi-unit restaurant portfolio. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Manage and execute the month-end and year-end close processes Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Maintain general ledger accuracy and integrity Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Support internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedules Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights Collaborate with operations teams to support multi-unit financial performance Assist with process improvements and implementation of accounting best practices Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 4-6+ years of progressive accounting experience Experience in multi-unit restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry strongly preferred Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills CPA or CPA-eligible is a plus, but not required Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match (if applicable) Opportunities for professional growth and development Work Environment This is an on-site role based in Dallas, TX.
