Job Description:
Addison Group is partnered with a publicly traded company in search of a Senior Accountant. This role works closely with the Controller and is positioned as a future leadership opportunity within the company. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience, with the majority of that experience within large publicly traded companies. This role is located in Dallas, TX and is hybrid. This role pays between $90K-100K base salary + bonus. Responsibilities Responsible for assisting in month-end close process Assist in financial reporting Review and analyze general ledger account reconciliations Generate monthly financial and performance reporting for further analysis Produce supporting documentation for audits Documentation of current business processes, procedures and internal controls Monitoring important business metrics, and identifying action steps to improve such metrics Utilizing technology to continuously learn, innovate and share knowledge with team members Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting required 4+ years of accounting experience required CPA is a plus Strong understanding of GAAP and reconciliations If you are interested in this job or other Accounting and Finance career opportunities from Addison Group please email Chris Lawrie at chris.lawrie@addisongroup.com
