Role Overview The Cost Estimate Administrator Temp is responsible to receive, properly register and create related cost estimate for all high end watches, jewelry and premium accessories for all Maison repairs coming in to the facility. This position will report directly to the Administration Supervisor. Responsibilities
- Register products arriving for service in SAP based on business procedures by Maison, financial structure by customer type and equipment.
- Accurately input the customer request and product conditions (based on aesthetic check).
- Take photographs of inbound products utilizing the Automated Imaging Machines (AIM).
- Create customer cost estimates based on the diagnosis of the products by technical staff.
- Work closely with diagnostic team to ensure the customer request is met and appropriate information is detailed in the Cost Estimate.
- Apply appropriate Maison policies and procedures when creating cost estimates.
- Ensure that the cost estimate reflects the customer's request and that explanation is provided when a different service and/or spare parts are proposed in the cost estimate that do not align with the customer request.
- Ensure that the data entry for the cost estimate is accurate.
