Junior Staff Accountant

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Junior Staff Accountant to join a growing property management organization. This role is ideal for someone with a strong accounting foundation who is eager to learn, take on responsibility, and build a long-term career. This is not a plug-and-play role - we are looking for someone who wants to grow, develop, and eventually step into a larger role within the accounting team. Key Responsibilities Perform bank and account reconciliations across multiple properties Process accounts payable, including cutting checks and managing vendor payments Assist with tenant account reconciliations and financial tracking Utilize RealPage to maintain accurate financial records Support property tax tracking, including assisting with tax reviews and disputes Investigate discrepancies and support problem-solving efforts across accounts Partner with internal teams to ensure accuracy and consistency Experieinced Microsoft Excel User (Comfortable with Complex Formulas) Growth Opportunity This role is built for long-term development.
