Our client, a well?established and growing company near 121 and the DNT in Plano, is seeking a high?performing Senior Accountant to join their team. This is a true career?building role with mentorship, visibility, and room to grow as the organization continues to scale. What You'll Do Lead the month?end close process to ensure all journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules are completed accurately and on time. Prepare and review consolidated financial statements , ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with
U.S. GAAP.
Supervise and mentor accounting staff , providing guidance, reviewing work, and supporting their professional development. Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting , partnering with cross?functional teams to validate data and resolve discrepancies. Serve as a key liaison with external auditors , coordinating audit requests, preparing supporting documentation, and ensuring a smooth audit process. Support the integration of newly acquired companies , including onboarding financial data, aligning accounting policies, and assisting with consolidation activities. Drive process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, strengthen controls, and enhance reporting efficiency. What We're Looking For BBA in Accounting; CPA or active CPA pursuit strongly preferred At least 4 years of accounting experience including 2+ years of US external audit experience (Big 4 or large regional firm ideal) Solid understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reporting Strong Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) A proactive, detail?oriented mindset with strong accountability Someone eager to grow, learn, and take on increasing responsibility Are you ready to join a growing company with an AWESOME environment?
