Job Description

Staff Accountant Our client, a growing organization in Garland, TX, is seeking a hands-on Staff Accountant for a 60-day onsite engagement . This role supports daily transactional accounting and entity cleanup in a newly renovated office environment.
The Role Daily Operations:
Post deposits, assist with check runs, and manage bank reconciliations.
Cleanup Project:
Provide clerical and accounting support for a Canadian entity cleanup.
Systems:
Use Zoho (QuickBooks experience transfers well).
Schedule:
100% onsite (Garland). 8-hour workday with a flexible start (8:00 AM - 9:30 AM) .
Requirements Experience:
Strong grasp of hands-on accounting transactions (AP/AR/Reconciliations).
Stability:
Consistent tenure is required; no frequent short-term job history.
Communication:
Must be able to clearly explain accounting processes.
Education:
No degree required.
Compensation Pay:
Equivalent to a $60k permanent salary.
