We're looking for a Staff Accountant II - AP & Expense Operations to take primary ownership of expense management, AP workflow oversight, and operational accounting in our fast-paced, multi-entity distribution and eCommerce environment. You'll work on a modern accounting stack —
SAP S/4HANA
paired with automated AP and expense platforms — and have the independence to research, problem-solve, and run accounting workflows with limited supervision. If you take pride in clean processes and real ownership, this is your seat. What You'll Do Expense Management & Policy Administration. Administer corporate card and reimbursement programs through the Company's expense management platform, audit expense reports against Travel & Expense policies, keep approval workflows moving, and support employee training and ongoing system improvements. Accounts Payable & Vendor Operations. Manage AP workflows, invoice processing, and vendor communications; reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice, receiving, and unmatched transaction issues; and partner with Purchasing, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Operations to resolve discrepancies and keep transactions clean. Month-End Close & Operational Support. Support month-end close and assigned deliverables, prepare schedules and accruals, assist with reconciliations and transaction research, support year-end audits, and maintain accurate records within
SAP S/4HANA.
Process & Continuous Improvement. Maintain compliance with internal controls and workflow standards, identify inefficiencies, and support automation and standardization efforts that scale with our growth.
Qualifications:
Must-Haves Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3+ years of accounting, AP operations, or operational accounting experience Hands-on experience with large-scale ERP systems Strong Microsoft Excel skills Sharp organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to independently research and resolve accounting and operational issues Nice-to-Haves (not required — we'll help you grow here) Experience with
SAP S/4HANA
