And we're building a dynamic team to grow FAST . We currently have 15 locations in TX and KS. We have strong financial backing to grow to 1,000+ locations. This means adding talent to team with people who want to grow with us! We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to help support the financial operations behind that growth. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting the monthly close process, reconciling accounts, and helping ensure our growing network of stores operates with strong financial controls and reporting. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where processes continue to evolve and no two days look exactly the same. We're looking for someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, solving problems, and partnering with teams across the business to support continued expansion. What You'll Own Support the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations Reconcile cash, bank accounts, credit card transactions, and store-level deposits Maintain general ledger accuracy and investigate discrepancies Assist with accounts payable and vendor invoice review as needed Support inventory, fixed asset, and equipment accounting processes Track capital expenditures related to new store openings and company growth initiatives Assist with financial reporting and variance analysis Help maintain internal controls and accounting procedures Partner with Operations, Facilities, and Store Leadership teams to ensure accurate financial records Support external audits, tax filings, and financial reviews as needed Assist in improving accounting processes and identifying opportunities for greater efficiency as the company scales What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 2-3 years of accounting experience Experience working in a multi-unit retail, restaurant, hospitality, franchise, or consumer-facing business a plus Intermediate level use of accounting software such as Quickbooks Intermediate level use of Excel Understanding of general accounting principles and financial reporting Experience with account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close activities Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Positive attitude and willingness to adapt in a high-growth environment Bonus Points For Payroll management experience Inventory accounting experience Fixed asset accounting experience Experience working in a rapidly scaling organization
