We're looking for a Senior Accountant who takes pride in the details, leads with integrity, and brings the discipline and ownership needed to keep our accounting operations running at their best. In this role, you'll be the day-to-day leader of our accounting activities for our Precision Aerospace Holding family of businesses in the Greater Dallas Fort Worth and Wichita, KS areas — supporting the close process, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our financial records, and building the systems and habits that drive consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do Accounting Operations Lead day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll — ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to
U.S. GAAP
Oversee reconciliation of bank accounts, credit card transactions, and other financial records to maintain clean, reliable books Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses for internal and external stakeholders Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, surfacing key insights to leadership Controls & Compliance Support the develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards Stay current on changes in accounting standards, regulations, and best practices, and lead the implementation of necessary updates Coordinate and support the annual financial audit and quarterly audit activities, ensuring timely completion and resolution of all audit findings Collaboration & Partnership Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, HR, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information Provide guidance to colleagues on accounting principles, procedures, and software systems Take on ad hoc analysis and special projects as directed by financial leadership What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA a plus 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Solid working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and general accounting principles Proven ability to manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger Experience developing and implementing internal controls and accounting procedures Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with ERP or financial systems a plus Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Clear communicator who can work effectively with team members, leadership, and external partners A hands-on, ownership-oriented approach — you take accountability for your work and your outcomes Who You Are at Precinmac You earn trust through accuracy, consistency, and follow-through — your stakeholders know the numbers are right because you were thorough.
