We develop, build, and operate full-service hotels under major brands including Hilton, Marriott, IHG, and Hyatt. We're expanding and need a sharp, bilingual accounting and operations professional to join our core team. ─── The Role We're looking for an experienced Administrative & Accounting Manager who can own our financial operations end-to-end — from QuickBooks to contracts to banking — while keeping our executive team organized and moving fast. You'll be a key player in a high-growth, multi-entity hospitality company. ─── What You'll Own Full-cycle accounting in QuickBooks — AP/AR, bank reconciliations, P&L reporting, month-end close Contract management — drafting, reviewing, tracking, and filing agreements across vendors, contractors, and partners Banking operations — wire transfers, ACH payments, cash management, and bank coordination Payroll processing and expense reporting Invoice management and vendor payments Executive support — scheduling, correspondence, and document management for company principals Compliance coordination with legal, CPA, and finance teams Corporate records and filing systems for multi-entity operations ─── Requirements 5+ years of accounting/bookkeeping and administrative experience QuickBooks proficiency required — certification strongly preferred
Bilingual:
English & Spanish — required Proven contract management experience Experience in a multi-entity or multi-property business environment Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal oversight Hospitality, real estate, or construction industry experience a strong plus Proven experience in office management, administrative roles, or bookkeeping within a professional setting. Supervising experience with demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and professional phone etiquette. Ability to train staff on administrative procedures and develop team members' skills through ongoing development initiatives.
