Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Staff Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, experience with various financial software, and the ability to manage complex accounting tasks. Prepare accounting records, including income, expenses, and journal entries Perform bank reconciliations Work with QuickBooks Manage ERP systems (databases) Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Outlook) Conduct physical inventory counts Prepare inventory reports Handle Accounts Receivable (A/R) tasks Apply and post payments Assist with recruiting and hiring processes Maintain a service-oriented attitude
