Junior Accountant

Job Title:

Junior Accountant (CPA Track Preferred)

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant with strong QuickBooks experience to support financial operations across a multi-entity organization. This role is ideal for a candidate on the CPA track who is looking to grow within a fast-paced environment that includes intercompany transactions and multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting functions within QuickBooks Online across multiple entities Record and reconcile intercompany transactions and maintain accurate financial records Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes Perform bank and credit card reconciliations Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy Assist with financial reporting and audit preparation Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field CPA candidate or actively pursuing CPA preferred 1-3 years of accounting experience Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online (multi-entity experience a plus) Understanding of intercompany transactions and reconciliations High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple entities and priorities efficiently
