Job Description

CFS is partnering with a well-established real estate development company that's growing and adding a Senior Project Accountant to their team. If you like owning your work, working cross-functionally, and being close to the business-this one's for you.
Senior Project Accountant Perks:

Senior Project Accountant Responsibilities:
Own financial reporting (quarterly statements + book-to-GAAP) Manage loan draws, cash flow waterfalls & equity schedules Support audits (external + engineering reimbursements) Oversee lot & commercial sales accounting Handle AP/AR processes and ensure clean, accurate data Track MUD reimbursements & property taxes Partner with project teams + leadership on ad hoc needs
Senior Project Accountant Required Experience:
5+ years of GAAP accounting experience Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance Real estate or development experience is a plus Excel skills
