Plant Accountant

What You'll Be Doing Manage and reconcile plant financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and forecasts Support budgeting and cost control processes for plant operations Collaborate with plant and corporate teams to improve financial performance Assist with internal and external audits and ensure timely reporting What Are We Looking For 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles. Knowledge of balance sheet reconciliations and financial statement preparation. Experience managing fixed assets and depreciation schedules. Proficient in reporting and variance analysis. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting gained through several years' experience Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft Excel Ability to analyze data and communicate insights clearly Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and in teams Work Environment This position is based at a manufacturing plant and involves regular interaction with operations and administrative teams. It may require occasional travel to other company locations. The role is primarily office-based with some exposure to industrial environments.
