Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Accountant to support full-cycle accounting operations in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. This role will be instrumental in ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing the close process, and improving reporting visibility for leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle accounting activities, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations Lead month-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion in accordance with GAAP Prepare and review GAAP-compliant financial statements and supporting schedules Perform multi-entity consolidations and intercompany accounting, including foreign currency transactions and adjustments Oversee fixed asset accounting, including CAPEX tracking, depreciation schedules, and asset management Perform monthly reconciliation of 50+ balance sheet accounts, including AR, AP, and accruals Partner with leadership to enhance financial reporting, including improving WIP (Work-in-Progress) and P&L reporting for greater clarity and decision-making support Utilize advanced Excel tools (Power Query, PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP) to streamline reporting and analyze financial data

Qualifications:

4+ years of general ledger and full-cycle accounting experience Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Acumatica, or similar platforms Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards Experience in multi-entity and intercompany accounting environments, including foreign currency exposure Background in project-based accounting, services, or construction-related environments preferred (WIP experience strongly valued) Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
