Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Accountant/Administrator to oversee the comprehensive financial, payroll, and administrative operations of our fast-growing, multi-location business. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in full-charge bookkeeping, accurate financial reporting (including P&L and balance sheets), and meticulous multi-location transaction reconciliation. In this role, you will be fully responsible for end-to-end accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, tax compliance, and essential HR administration functions like employee onboarding. Leveraging strong proficiency in accounting software (such as QuickBooks) alongside exceptional written and verbal communication skills, you will serve as a central point of contact for vendor management and stakeholder correspondence. This multi-faceted role is absolutely critical for maintaining financial accuracy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving the smooth daily business operations of our various locations.
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
