This role will support North America (NA) Control organization Center of Excellence (COE). The goal of NA COE is to harmonize NA Control processes, increase efficiency and deliver productivity. Responsibilities Own and drive the monthly and annual close process, including reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis Review financial results for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with GAAP and internal policies Support audit and compliance activities by preparing documentation, responding to inquiries, and maintaining well-organized accounting support. Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with internal requirements Design, document, and implement accounting processes and procedures Identify manual processes and lead efforts to automate, streamline, and scale accounting workflows
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,500 - $156,450. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
