job summary: Senior Staff Accountant (NetSuite | PE Environment):

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Staff Accountant to join a fast-paced, private equity-backed organization. This role requires strong NetSuite experience, excellent bank reconciliation skills, and the ability to operate in a dynamic, acquisition-driven environment.

• 105,000 per year work hours: 8 to 5 education: Bachelor's degree experience: 5 Years responsibilities: Key Responsibilities
• Perform full-cycle accounting, including month-end close and financial reporting
• Prepare and review complex bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) processes, controls, and workflow
• Serve as a NetSuite power user, including GL maintenance and reporting
• Support private equity reporting cadence and ad-hoc requests
• Assist with acquisition integration, including GL mapping and data migration
• Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, operations, and external auditors SUT, Treasury qualifications: Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong NetSuite experience required
• Experience in private equity-backed or fast-paced environments
• Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations and AP oversight
• Acquisition integration experience strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel skills
