This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, systems-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced, acquisition-driven environment. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and helping scale our accounting infrastructure. This position requires deep NetSuite expertise , strong reconciliation capabilities, and a proactive mindset to support ongoing integrations and process improvements. Key Responsibilities Core Accounting & Close Lead and execute full-cycle accounting , including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close Prepare timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP Own and continuously improve the close process , reducing cycle time and increasing accuracy Reconciliations & Controls Prepare and review complex bank reconciliations across multiple entities and accounts Maintain detailed balance sheet reconciliations with clear audit trails Strengthen and enforce internal controls , particularly across cash and AP processes Oracle NetSuite Ownership Act as a NetSuite power user , supporting: General ledger maintenance Saved searches, reporting, and dashboards System optimization and process automation Assist with system enhancements tied to scaling and acquisitions Private Equity Reporting & Treasury Support Support PE sponsor reporting requirements , including monthly deliverables and ad hoc requests Assist with treasury functions , cash visibility, and liquidity tracking Partner with FP&A on variance analysis and data validation M&A Integration Support acquisition integrations into Oracle NetSuite , including: GL mapping and chart of accounts alignment Data migration and system onboarding Process standardization across acquired entities Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth transitions Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with FP&A, operations, and external auditors to ensure alignment and audit readiness Contribute to building scalable processes and a best-in-class finance function Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience Strong NetSuite experience required (multi-entity preferred) Proven experience in a private equity-backed, high-growth, or acquisition-heavy environment Deep expertise in bank reconciliations and balance sheet analysis Experience overseeing or supporting Accounts Payable functions Advanced Excel / data analysis skills Experience in blue-collar, industrial, or field services industries is a plus Success Profile Operates with a sense of urgency and ownership in a fast-moving environment Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change Systems-minded with a focus on automation and scalability Strong collaborator with the ability to influence across functions Why Amlon Group Opportunity to help build and scale a PE-backed platform High visibility with leadership and opportunity for advancement Collaborative, performance-driven culture Benefits 401(k) matching Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Employee assistance program Life insurance On-the-job training Paid time off Professional development assistance Referral program Travel reimbursement Tuition reimbursement
