Job Description

We are partnering with a Dallas-based client to identify a Senior Accountant to support financial reporting and accounting operations across multiple entities. This role will play a key part in the month-end close process, reconciliations, and variance analysis while partnering with internal teams to drive accuracy and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Support month-end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations Prepare and analyze financial statements and variance reports Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Manage intercompany transactions and multi-entity allocations Partner with operations and leadership to provide financial insights Assist with audit processes and support process improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (CPA preferred) 5+ years of accounting experience, including month-end close Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting Experience with ERP systems (D365 or similar preferred) Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
