Responsibilities Prepare complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other entities in compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws. Research tax issues, regulations, and legislative developments to ensure accurate reporting and compliance. Collaborate with clients and internal team members to gather information and resolve tax-related questions. Identify proactive tax planning opportunities to help clients minimize tax liabilities and achieve financial goals. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and trusted advisory services. Provide strategic guidance to business owners and leadership teams on tax and financial matters. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or EA designation preferred. 5+ years of tax preparation experience in public accounting or a corporate tax environment. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations and compliance requirements. Experience with tax software such as ProSystem FX Tax, UltraTax, or similar platforms. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships. Benefits Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
