STAFF ACCOUNTANT

The successful candidate will require the following minimum qualifications: Ability to prepare and post journal entries Knowledge and ability to assist with month end and year end close Experience ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies Ability to maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts Experience performing monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations Ability to assist with audits and other accounting processes Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize effectively to meet established deadlines Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills

Skills & Qualifications:

3 years' experience in accounting or bookkeeping Degree in accounting or finance is preferred but not required Experience with accounting software (SAGE, NetSuite, etc.) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
