Accountant Ultimate Staffing Services - 3.8 San Antonio, TX Job Details Up to $65,000 a year 13 hours ago Qualifications Spanish English Full Job Description Bilingual Accountant / Accounting Specialist Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bilingual (Spanish/English) Accountant to support our treasury and accounting operations. This role is responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, performing reconciliations, and assisting with general accounting functions to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Process and manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable on a daily/weekly basis Perform bank reconciliations , ensuring accuracy between bank statements and the general ledger Assist the treasury and accounting teams with financial report reconciliations Support internal and external audit processes by providing documentation and analysis as needed Maintain organized financial records, including filing, documentation, and clerical support Handle sensitive financial information with a high level of confidentiality and integrity Collaborate with accounting and treasury teams to complete assigned tasks and special projects Perform additional accounting and treasury duties as needed Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) Experience with Sage (Peachtree) and Microsoft Excel Strong understanding of basic accounting principles High attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
