Staff Accountant (Real Estate) In Office | Direct Hire | Full-Time A growing and well-established real estate organization is seeking a Staff Accountant to join its accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a collaborative, in-office environment and wants to contribute to a dynamic portfolio of real estate properties. What You'll Do Prepare and maintain monthly financial statements and supporting schedules Perform general ledger reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and account analysis Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Record journal entries and ensure accuracy of financial data Analyze operating expenses and investigate variances Support budgeting and forecasting activities Work closely with property managers and operations teams Assist with audits and special accounting projects as needed Maintain financial records and reports within Yardi Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of recent accounting experience within the real estate industry
Required:
Yardi experience- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis Why Consider This Opportunity?
