This is a full-cycle accounting role supporting multiple medical facilities, requiring a self-directed professional who can independently manage all phases of the accounting process from initiation through close with a high degree of accuracy and ownership. What You Will Do Perform full-cycle accounting for assigned facilities, independently managing all phases from initiation through close Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP and complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations Prepare and post journal entries, maintaining supporting schedules for prepaids, fixed assets, rent, and debt Review revenues and expenses for proper timing, coding, and classification Evaluate financial variances and present clear explanations to the executive team Support annual budget preparation and external audit processes Identify and drive process improvements as needed What You Bring 4 or more years of related accounting experience required Healthcare accounting experience required; ambulatory surgery center or hospital experience strongly preferred Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and lookups Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated practice of self-reviewing work prior to submission Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Familiarity with Meditech, Sage, QuickBooks, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus Additional Requirements Clean driving record, drug screen, and background check required.
