Senior Reporting Accountant

Job DescriptionJob Description The Senior Reporting Accountant is responsible for preparing financial reports of approximately 10 - 12 properties in various stages such as land investment, construction and development, retail properties, multi-family, and office buildings. This person will review payables and receivables; perform bank/account reconciliations; provide financial information to auditors, tax consultants, lenders, property managers, and partners; and assist in the preparation of budgets, recoveries, 1099s, and sales tax, as well as process annual property tax bills and coordinate tax return preparation and distribution of K-1s to partners. May be involved in preparation of construction draws and other special projects assigned by the Controller.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance. Accounting experience in the commercial real estate industry. Strong working knowledge of Excel. Financial reporting experience is a must. Experience working in Yardi is a plus. CPA is preferred but not required.
