US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S. Skillset /
Experience:
Asset Capitalization Review Review all assets capitalized during these years. Ensure compliance with capitalization policies and accounting standards. Supporting Documentation Verification Confirm that each asset has complete and accurate supporting documentation.
This includes:
Excel files (e.g., asset registers, calculations) Invoices and purchase orders Asset Review Focus Conduct detailed reviews of asset entries for accuracy and completeness. Identify any discrepancies or missing information. WIP (Work in Progress) to In-Service Transfers Monitor and process the transition of assets from WIP to in-service status. Ensure proper timing and documentation of these transitions. Documentation Standards Maintain thorough and organized documentation for audit readiness. Ensure traceability from initial purchase to capitalization. Expense vs. Capitalization Review items expensed to the P&L to ensure none should have been capitalized.
