Job Description

Our Temple, Texas location is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting & Administrative Coordinator to support our finance and sales operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, accurate, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Process Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing, posting payments, and customer follow-up Prepare and process Payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies Perform Order Entry, verifying pricing, quantities, and customer information Create and manage Sales Quotes, coordinating with sales and operations as needed Maintain accurate records and filing (electronic and paper) Provide general accounting and administrative support Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams Qualifications Previous experience in accounts receivable, payroll, order entry, or related accounting roles Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with accounting or ERP software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Ability to manage deadlines and handle confidential information Strong written and verbal communication skills High school diploma required; associate degree or higher in accounting or business preferred How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience.
