This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with strong industry experience who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Process and manage JIB distributions Perform month-end close activities , including reconciliations and journal entries Prepare and maintain accurate financial records related to Oil & Gas operations Support and manage internal and external audits , ensuring compliance and accuracy Analyze variances and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate cost allocations and reporting Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all accounting processes Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (required) CPA preferred , but not required Oil & Gas accounting experience strongly preferred JIB experience preferred Proficiency in Quorum Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet month-end deadlines
