Job Description

Position Summary:
Responsible for administrative and professional accounting work, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, assisting with budget preparation and financial reports, and maintaining general ledger entries.
Key Responsibilities and Experience:
Prepare and post journal entries to the General Ledger. Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes. Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting. Process and support payroll functions, including related reporting. Prepare and file 941 Tax Reports, TWC quarterly reports, W-2s, and 1099s. Reconcile monthly bank statements and resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation. Supervise and provide guidance to assigned staff, as applicable. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a minor in accounting from an accredited school. Minimum of two years of accounting experience. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Office 365. Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills. Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours or change schedule as necessary.
