Keller Management is seeking to hire a Corporate Accountant for our Corporate Office to provide full-service accounting services.
Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly financial statements. Maintain good vendor relations by promptly paying invoices when due. Properly code expenses. Ensure reports are accurate. Post all invoices in a timely manner. Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements. Prepare and submit lender draw reimbursement packages. Other duties as assigned by Manager.
Qualifications:
Previous property management experience preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred OR equivalent accounting experience. Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Communicates well with others. Ability to quickly become proficient with software applications. Self-motivated and independent learner.
