Senior Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing team in Draper, Utah. In this role, you will oversee the accounting operations for multiple small businesses, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies. This position requires a hands-on approach and a strong understanding of accounting principles to support the organization's dynamic growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the accounting cycle, including general ledger maintenance, month-end and year-end close processes, and preparation of financial statements.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with precision and timeliness.
• Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, and cash flow analysis for multiple entities.
• Compile and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance in accounting practices.
• Coordinate audit and tax preparation activities, liaising with external accountants as necessary.
• Administer payroll processes and maintain detailed employee payment records.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement improved internal controls.
• Organize and maintain comprehensive financial documentation for all companies.
• Provide detailed financial analyses to support leadership in strategic decision-making.
