Job Description

Job Duties Accounting and Payroll Perform full-cycle bookkeeping Manage Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including processing invoices and managing vendor payments Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, ensuring timely invoicing and collection. Process and manage payroll for all employees Coordinate with corporate HR/Finance regarding payroll processing deadlines and employee expense reimbursement documentation Maintain finance-related records and ensure proper document retention for compliance Processing month end procedures including cash reconciliation Administrative and Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming and outgoing phone calls Monitor and manage company email accounts Communicate with customers and suppliers via email and phone regarding administrative matters Perform general administrative and office management duties as needed Manage and organize certifications ("certs") and other important documentation Perform data entry for new orders and other tracking purposes Required Skills Proven experience in Full Cycle Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and payroll processing Strong organizational, time management, and coordination abilities Detail-oriented with an intense focus on accuracy in managing financial records and documentation Excellent written and verbal communication skills for liaising with internal teams, customers, and suppliers Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite and reporting tools Experience with ERP or other accounting/payroll systems Join us in shaping a positive and dynamic workplace where every team member thrives!
Pay:
