This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants more than routine accounting work. You will learn a high-value tax specialty, work with established healthcare clients, and grow within a team that is building one of the most focused tax advisory practices in the industry. What You'll Do You will support our tax credit and advisory team with client data review, calculations, documentation, and project coordination.
Responsibilities may include:
Assisting with R D tax credit calculations and supporting documentation Reviewing payroll, financial, and tax information provided by clients and accountants Helping organize client files, worksheets, and internal workpapers Supporting senior team members during the preparation of R D studies and reports Communicating with team members to identify missing information and keep projects moving Learning the technical framework for R D tax credits in a structured, practical way Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, motivated, and eager to learn. You should be comfortable working with numbers, organized documents, and client information while contributing to a positive team environment. A strong fit would be someone who is: A team player with a strong work ethic Organized, accurate, and dependable Comfortable with spreadsheets, financial data, and tax documents Interested in learning a specialized and growing area of tax advisory Motivated by advancement opportunities and performance-based growth Professional, coachable, and client-service minded Prior R D tax credit experience is not required. We will train the right person.
