You will support the bookkeeping team, review account reconciliations, assist with month-end closing procedures, and help implement efficient accounting processes. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting the company's overall financial operations.
Responsibilities:
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance Train and develop team members Overseeing the bookkeeping process for multiple clients Preparing and reviewing financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements Reconciling bank and credit card accounts Managing accounts payable and receivable Assisting with audits and tax returns Providing financial analysis and reporting Training and mentoring junior staff Provide expertise in month end close, depreciation expense, interest expense, asset and debt reconciliations
