This individual will play a key part in ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and impactful by managing incoming data from external stakeholders, creating tools to improve data management, and conducting targeted analyses to support informed decision-making. They will serve as a primary touchpoint between their assigned team and the Finance, Accounting, and Analytics department, facilitating cross-departmental communication and alignment. Core Duties Data Visualization and Reporting
  • Key contributor to the creation of comprehensive campaign summaries and fundraising reports for partners. Develops charts, graphs and reports that provide clear insights through highlight trends, performance metrics, and campaign results in an accessible format. Data Reconciliation and Transformation
  • Collect, reconcile, transform, and upload large data sets from multiple sources to ensure accurate, timely and impactful reporting. Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Communicate with internal teams, hospital partners, and corporate partners to translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences. Collaboration with Analytics Team
  • Partner with internal analysts to align short-term targeted Corporate Partnership's questions and long-term insights for a holistic understanding of fundraising performance.
Additional Duties Identify problems and support ongoing database updates and ensure accuracy across platforms. Identify and participate in continuous opportunities to refine data processes, enhance reporting accuracy, and streamline communication. Monitor and validate incoming data to identify inconsistencies, resolve errors, and maintain integrity across all reporting systems. Support hospital disbursement processes and disbursement specialists by ensuring all incoming data is complete, accurate, and processed in a timely manner. Attend conferences or meetings, as needed, to support organizational objectives. Deliver campaign assessment findings to internal and external stakeholders, highlighting current performance and recommending strategies for future campaigns.
Minimum Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field. 3-5yrs of Equivalent work experience may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field
Experience :
3 years of experience in accounting, data reconciliation, or data transformation. Proficient in Microsoft(Excel), SQL, and Data Visualization tools. Familiarity with nonprofit fundraising systems, Salesforce, and accounting systems. Location:
This role is based in Utah. Candidates must reside in Utah and be able to commute to our Salt Lake City headquarters 2-3 days per week.
