Blue Chip Group is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Staff Accountant to support the financial operations of our growing Beverage Division. If you enjoy working in a collaborative manufacturing environment where your work directly impacts business decisions, we'd love to hear from you. This position partners closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Production teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain strong internal controls, and support budgeting and forecasting efforts. What You'll DoAccounts Payable Process vendor invoices accurately and on time. Ensure invoices follow the proper approval process. Record vendor payments and maintain payment records. Prepare weekly accounts payable reports and aging summaries. Accounts Receivable Generate and distribute customer invoices. Apply customer payments and maintain accurate records. Process customer prepayments. Prepare monthly customer statements. Monitor receivables and prepare weekly aging reports. General Accounting Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations. Assist with month-end and year-end close activities. Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation. Support inventory accounting and cost analysis. Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. QualificationsRequired Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2+ years of accounting experience. Strong understanding of accounting principles. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience using accounting or ERP systems. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally. Preferred Manufacturing or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience. Experience with standard costing and variance analysis. Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting. Knowledge of ERP systems and financial reporting tools. Interest in leveraging technology and data to improve financial processes.

$60,000.00
